Acs27 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By using acs27 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. It is therefore in your own interest to read them in full before accessing the Platform.

Acs27 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all acs27 services, including games, betting, casino, bingo, and promotions. They take effect upon use of any part of the Platform.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on acs27:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details at registration. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Completing the identity verification process (KYC) will unlock higher transaction limits on your account. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport to complete KYC.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on acs27:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits at acs27 are currently supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum deposit limit is determined based on specific conditions.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Any such deposit detected will be returned.
• If you experience any issues during a deposit, contact our support team immediately and keep a screenshot of the transaction.

The following conditions must be met to use any acs27 bonus or promotion:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is accepted.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• Certain game restrictions may apply when placing bets with bonus funds. Detailed terms and conditions are listed separately for each bonus.
• Acs27 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the system.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed once the bonus expires.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on acs27:

• Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• For Sports Betting, the decision of the relevant sports governing body is considered final in determining match results.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, acs27 reserves the right to settle that bet at its own discretion.
• A maximum bet limit applies to all games on acs27. Bets exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a round is missed due to a streaming issue, the bet for that round will be considered void.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from acs27:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, delays may occur in certain circumstances due to verification requirements.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for large withdrawals of BDT 50,000 or more.
• If deposited funds have never been used to place a bet, at least one bet must be placed before a withdrawal can be requested.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acs27:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting or promotion abuse — that is, exploiting bonuses to generate risk-free profits.
• Using acs27 for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or making unauthorized modifications to the system.
• Accessing or using another user's information or account.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.
• Acs27 does not sell your personal information to any third party.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law.
• Acs27 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

Acs27 believes gaming should always remain a form of entertainment. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Self-Exclusion: A feature that allows you to temporarily close your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting whenever you need one.
• Reality Check: A feature that reminds you how long you have been playing at set time intervals.

Acs27 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• If it is found that the account was registered using incorrect or false information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may also request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

Acs27 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the Platform before any changes take effect.

• For major changes, an SMS notification will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
